Please ensure that you meet the MakeMyTrip airport representative within 1 hour of your flight landing.
• In the event that a customer damages hotel property, MakeMyTrip disclaims all responsibility for any charges levied on the customer for damage, minibar consumption, or any other expenses not specifically included in the holiday package.
• Kindly ensure that you follow the timelines provided by the Holiday Manager for all activities.
• Optional activities are not included in the package and can be availed at an additional cost.
• Travel insurance is included for travellers up to 65 years of age.
• If your package includes a domestic flight at the destination, the timing of the flight is subject to availability (morning, afternoon, evening or night). The flight may also operate from a different terminal/hub; however, MakeMyTrip will make the necessary arrangements for the internal flight.
• Kindly be punctual for all your activities, tours and transfers as mentioned in the handover vouchers (reporting time). Foreign countries follow strict schedules — any delay from your side may lead to missed services, for which no refund will be provided by MakeMyTrip.
• For queries related to cancellations or refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
• For any paid activity that becomes non-operational due to unforeseen reasons, a refund will be processed, and the same should reach the guest within 30 days from the date of processing. Complimentary activities (not charged to the customer) are non-refundable in case of cancellation or non-operation.
