For overseas payments, the transaction amount will be converted using Xe.com rate + 2% on the
transaction date.
A remittance charge of USD 30 applies per transaction.
Quotation is valid for 5 days from the date of receipt.
Hotel confirmation will be provided only upon full payment by cash or bank deposit.
In case of unavailability, alternate hotels will be suggested. Rate difference will apply based on selection. If
not acceptable, the paid advance will be fully refunded.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
Standard check-in time: 15:00 hrs | Check-out: 12:00 hrs
Free Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 30 days before departure.
Partial Refund:50% refund if canceled between 15-30 days before departure.
No Refund:No refund for cancellations within 14 days of departure, but future travel credits may be issued.
All airport transfers and sightseeing will be provided in a private, air-conditioned vehicle.
Hotel check-in and check-out times are subject to hotel policy.
The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather conditions, road situations, or local regulations without
affecting the overall experience.
Entrance fees to monuments are included/excluded (can be specified as per package).
Meals other than breakfast are not included unless mentioned.
Local guides may be English-speaking (other languages available on request).

Visa: Check if your nationality requires a visa for Uzbekistan.
Passport: Make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date.
Currency: Local currency is the Uzbekistani Soʻm (UZS). Cash is preferred, but card usage is increasing.
Exchange: Use official exchange counters or ATMs. Avoid street money changers.

Taxis: Use Yandex Go (similar to Uber) or official taxis. Agree on the fare before the ride if using street taxis.
Trains: For Tashkent–Samarkand, book high-speed Afrosiyob train in advance.

Shopping
Bazaars: Great for souvenirs – silk, ceramics, spices, traditional hats (tubeteika), and carpets.
