not acceptable, the paid advance will be fully refunded.

Free Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 30 days before departure.
Partial Refund:50% refund if canceled between 15-30 days before departure.
No Refund:No refund for cancellations within 14 days of departure, but future travel credits may be issued.

Comfortable walking shoes are recommended, as some sightseeing involves uneven terrain and stairs.
Mount Ararat visibility depends on weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
Guests are advised to carry valid identification documents at all times during the tour.
