Beyond the Pyramids- Egypt Cultural Immersion

Savour a delicious breakfast at the hotel, check-out and leave by 8:00 AM for your tour. Experience the grandeur of the historic city as you explore magnificent attractions like the Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx and Papyrus Fair, the Perfume Factory and a cotton shop. Later, gain more insights into the past of Cairo at the Egyptian Museum and shop for antiquities at the Khan El Khalili Bazaar. After the visits, you will have some time at leisure and be directly transferred to Cairo train station. Board your sleeper train to Aswan, eat a yummy dinner on-board and sleep through the overnight journey.

Note: Train departs Cairo at 8:00 PM and arrives the next day in Aswan at 8:15 AM. This day does not include an overnight stay at a hotel.

Upon arrival at Aswan station, you will be greeted by a representative. Kickstart your day with a tour of Aswan’s mesmerising hotspots. Marvel at the fabulous Philae Temple dedicated to the Goddess Isis as you enjoy the picturesque rocky landscape. Head to the world's largest embankment dam, the High Dam and learn about its rich heritage. Later, visit the largest known ancient obelisk. After these visits, you will be directly transferred to the wonderful Nile Cruise. Check-in to your room and enjoy your stay.

Wake up to the scenic view of the mighty Nile River. You will be provided with a delicious breakfast box at a fixed convoy time at 04:00 AM. After enjoying the filling meal, head to Abu Simbel in an air-conditioned vehicle. Visit the famous temple of Abu Simbel, Egypt’s most attractive sculpture and learn about its historical significance. Next, sail to Kom Ombo at around 01:00 PM and visit the remarkable Kom Ombo Temple. The unique part about the sculpture is that it is a double temple with each building having its own gates and chapels. Finally, sail to Edfu and spend your night on the cruise, gazing at the dazzling stars.

Start your day with an exquisite view of the sparkling blue waters. Get off to visit the renowned Edfu temple on a horse carriage and admire the impressive Egyptian architecture. Dedicated to God Horus, it is considered one of the best preserved Egyptian temples. Then, spend your night relaxing on the cruise while you sail to Luxor.

Relish a delectable breakfast, check-out and deboard the cruise. Today, you will visit glorious temples in Luxor! First, go to the mind-boggling royal burial places of the pharaohs - Valley of Kings, Queen Hatchepsut Temple and Colossi of Memnon. Later, head to the astounding Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple with great historical significance. After these visits, you will be transferred to the Luxor Domestic Airport for your flight to Cairo. Finally, board your flight back home from Cairo International Airport and bid goodbye to Egypt with fond memories.
