- Kindly note that the hotels provided in the package are situated on the outskirts of the cities, ensuring smooth inter-city transfer while avoiding city traffic.
- MakeMyTrip undertakes no liability for any charge levied on the customer, in case some damage is caused to the hotel infrastructure by the customer, or for any extra charges levied on the customer for consumption from the minibar in the room, or for any other expenses not specifically included in the holiday package
- In the cases where a third person is also sharing the room, they will be provided with an additional mattress or a roll-away bed.
- Kindly note that the average hotel room size is smaller as compared to the room sizes available in India.
- We offer Indian dinners (if included in the package), but kindly note that there might be variation in taste as compared to the food offered in India.
- Please note that visa cost is not included in the package
- MakeMyTrip only provide visa assistance and plays no role in the grant or rejection of visa. The decision for the grant or rejection of visa is at the sole discretion of the concerned embassy/high commission.
- In case, transit visa is required by the customer, the responsibility for obtaining the same shall lie on the customer.

- Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire. The final payment will be calculated as per the activities reflecting on the website which will be outlined in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you
- Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included
- In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. MakeMyTrip shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors
- The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly match their names as per passports. MakeMyTrip will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking
- Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier then baggage and meals will not be included in the package until specified in the booking. Baggage and meals can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination. Our Travel Expert will attempt to get in touch with you within 24-hours after the booking has been confirmed for any addition required
- Please ensure that baggage and any other upgrade requirements (if any) are given to our Travel Expert latest by 5 days before the date of departure. The cost of such upgrade shall be borne by the customer
- Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 3:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the concerned hotel
- In the eventuality of the selected hotel being not available for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category
- Please note that Day at Leisure essentially implies that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day.
- Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
- Visa is granted at the discretion of the concerned embassy. In case of rejection of Visa and subsequent cancellation of the booking, cancellation charges shall be applicable as per the cancellation policy provided.
- Booking shall be considered cancelled on the date the customer informs MMT in writing to cancel the booking.
- The scope of visa assistance is limited to providing information regarding documents required for visa and providing reasonable assistance in application for visa. Visa assistance does not imply that MMT is providing any guarantee that the visa will be granted.
- VFS Appointment is subject to availability and MMT has no control on the same.

- We operate group at a minimum strength of 10 pax or else shift to next operational day.
