For overseas payments, the transaction amount will be converted using Xe.com rate + 2% on the transaction date. A remittance charge of USD 30 applies per transaction. Quotation is valid for 5 days from the date of receipt. Hotel confirmation will be provided only upon full payment by cash or bank deposit. In case of unavailability, alternate hotels will be suggested. Rate difference will apply based on selection. If not acceptable, the paid advance will be fully refunded. All airport transfers and sightseeing will be provided in a private, air-conditioned vehicle. Hotel check-in and check-out times are subject to hotel policy. The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather conditions, road situations, or local regulations without affecting the overall experience. Entrance fees to monuments are included/excluded (can be specified as per package). Meals other than breakfast are not included unless mentioned.
