Payment Policy
  • For overseas payments, the transaction amount will be converted using Xe.com rate + 2% on the transaction date.
  • A remittance charge of USD 30 applies per transaction.
  • Quotation is valid for 5 days from the date of receipt.
  • Hotel confirmation will be provided only upon full payment by cash or bank deposit.
  • In case of unavailability, alternate hotels will be suggested. Rate difference will apply based on selection. If not acceptable, the paid advance will be fully refunded.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Standard check-in time: 15:00 hrs | Check-out: 12:00 hrs
Cancellation Policy
  • Free Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 30 days before departure.
  • Partial Refund:50% refund if canceled between 15-30 days before departure.
  • No Refund:No refund for cancellations within 14 days of departure, but future travel credits may be issued.

  • All tours and transfers will be conducted in a private air-conditioned vehicle unless otherwise specified.
  • Check-in time at the hotel is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs (early check-in / late check-out subject to availability).
  • Breakfast will be provided at the hotel from Day 2 to Day 5.
