DAY 1 | Arrival Colombo – Transfer to Kandy

Arrive at Colombo International Airport Meet & greet with local representative. Scenic drive to Kandy en route visiting Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage (if time permits). Evening free for leisure or cultural show. Overnight stay in Kandy.

DAY 2 | Kandy → Nuwara Eliya

Breakfast at hotel. Visit Temple of the Tooth Relic, Royal Botanical Gardens. Proceed to Nuwara Eliya via tea plantation routes with photo stops. Check-in at hotel, evening free to explore Gregory Lake. Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.

DAY 3 | Nuwara Eliya (Full Day Tour)

Breakfast at hotel. Full-day sightseeing covering: Hakgala Botanical Garden Seetha Amman Temple Tea Plantation & Factory tour Gregory Lake activities (optional boating/pony rides) Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.

DAY 4 | Nuwara Eliya → Colombo

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Colombo. En route visit St. Clair’s & Devon Waterfalls. Evening Colombo city tour & shopping (Galle Face, Independence Square, Pettah Market). Overnight stay in Colombo.

DAY 5 | Departure – Colombo Airport Drop

Breakfast at hotel Transfer to Colombo International Airport for departure flight.

Payment Policy
  • For overseas payments, the transaction amount will be converted using Xe.com rate + 2% on the transaction date.
  • A remittance charge of USD 30 applies per transaction.
  • Quotation is valid for 5 days from the date of receipt.
  • Hotel confirmation will be provided only upon full payment by cash or bank deposit.
  • In case of unavailability, alternate hotels will be suggested. Rate difference will apply based on selection. If not acceptable, the paid advance will be fully refunded.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

Cancellation Policy
  • Free Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 30 days before departure.
  • Partial Refund:50% refund if canceled between 15-30 days before departure.
  • No Refund:No refund for cancellations within 14 days of departure, but future travel credits may be issued.

  • Check-in / Check-out: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 11:00–12:00 hrs (subject to hotel policy).
  • Sightseeing Flexibility: Sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary is subject to time availability, weather conditions, and local regulations.
  • Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage: Visit on Day 1 is subject to arrival time and traffic conditions.
  • Optional Activities: Activities such as boating, pony rides, cultural shows, and personal shopping are optional and payable directly by the guest.
  • Entrance Fees: Entrance fees to monuments, attractions, and activity sites are not included unless specifically mentioned.
